How to remove eyelash extensions using olive oil

Removing your eyelash extensions at home is possible with the right tools and knowledge. The first step in removing your lash extensions is to purchase an oil-based glue remover specifically designed for removing eyelash extensions. This product will help break down the bond between the extension and your natural lash so they can be easily removed.

Once you have purchased a glue remover, you need to prepare the area around your eyes by cleaning off any makeup or dirt that may be on your skin or lashes. Once this is done, take some of the glue remover on a cotton swab and carefully apply it directly onto each of your lash extensions from root to tip until all of them are covered with the remover. Make sure not to get any of the remover into your eyes as this could cause irritation or a burning sensation. Leave the glue remover on for 10 minutes before wiping it away with a damp cloth or tissue paper.

After the glue remover has been wiped away, you can now use olive oil to help loosen and remove the remaining lash extensions. Olive oil is a natural oil known for its moisturizing properties, and it also helps break down any adhesive residue that may be left on your lashes. Take some olive oil on a cotton swab or your fingertips and gently massage it onto each of your lash extensions until they are fully saturated with the oil. Leave the olive oil on for 10 minutes before wiping it away with a damp cloth or tissue paper.

Once all of the eyelash extensions have been removed, you should apply some coconut oil or baby oil to your lashes to help keep them moisturized and healthy. This will also help prevent any damage to your natural lashes from the removal process. After this step is complete, you can apply mascara as usual if desired.
